What do I receive when I sign up for a subscription?
As part of your subscription, every month you will get a box of 4 - 5 child products recommended and reviewed by real moms. The products are tailored to the age of your child, from newborn up to 3 years.
When do you charge my credit card?
With a monthly subscription, we charge your credit card for the first month at the time of purchase. After that, we charge your credit card on or around the 5th of the month. For annual subscriptions and gift subscriptions, we charge your card for the full amount at the time you purchase your subscription. Boxes are delivered monthly.
When will I receive my monthly Citrus Lane box?
Our boxes ship around the 16th of the month from California. They will arrive 3 - 7 business days later (depending on your location).
Can I customize the content of the box I am about to send or receive?
We ask your child's age and gender so we can make sure we send products appropriate for your child. We do not offer further customization of our boxes at this time.
If I want to purchase additional products, where can I find them?
Your boxs insert will include product information. The current months resource page also includes links to websites where the products are available for purchase.
Can I pick which boxes I want to receive?
The surprise is part of the fun! We work hard to bring you new exciting products each month. Still curious? Check out our list of brand partners and peek at some of our past boxes.
Are there any other charges?
We are required to charge sales tax to orders shipped to California addresses.
Do I have to pay for shipping? What if I want my shower gift box to arrive overnight?
Shipping is FREE with our subscriptions. We use USPS to ship our monthly boxes and shower gift boxes. We don't offer overnight shipping at this time but if you need a gift and want to make sure you get it on time, please email [email protected] or call 1.800.851.5167. We want to help!
I got a charge that I didn't expect--what happened?
When you purchase one of our 3, 6 or 12-month packages for yourself, we charge your credit card at the time of purchase. Once your initial package is completed, you go onto our monthly subscription plan and we will charge you each month for that month's box. We will e-mail you if the monthly billing fails with your credit card on file. You can cancel at any time -- please see our FAQ below about cancellation policy for directions. Note: this only applies to customers who purchase for themselves after November 10, 2011. Gift subscriptions don't switch to monthly billing.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We will charge your credit card around the 5th of each month, so just be sure to email [email protected] or call 1.800.851.5167 before that date to cancel. Cancellations received after midnight Pacific time on the 5th of the month will be processed the following month. If you have an annual subscription, you can transfer or gift your remaining subscription. Contact Us and we will take care of the details.
For my shower, I received multiple gift subscriptions. Can I redeem all gift codes and extend my subscription?
Of course! You may redeem your gift codes one at a time on the gift code redeem page and we'll make sure that your subscription is extended the appropriate number of months. If you have trouble, please Contact Us and we'll make sure you get credited for all gifts you received.
I received a gift subscription, but then I lost the gift code. Can I still redeem my gift subscription?
Yes! Please email [email protected] or call 1.800.851.5167. We will verify and recover your gift code so we can get your monthly box out to you as soon as possible.
If I sent a gift subscription to a friend, can I be notified when the recipient redeems the gift code?
Of course! We'll send you an email when your friend redeems the gift code.
If I signed up for an annual subscription and have a few remaining boxes to receive, can I transfer the subscription to a family member for them to try out the service?
Yes, you can transfer your subscription at any time. Email [email protected] or call 1.800.851.5167 and we'll set you up.
I am a small manufacturer of baby products. How can I submit my product for evaluation?
We love hearing from new companies. Please use our Feedback page to submit the products you would like us to consider. We'll contact you if we are interested.
Where can I provide my feedback for the products I received?
We welcome your feedback and comments. Please use our Feedback page to submit your product and/or box reviews.
Do you ship to Canada or international addresses?
We ship to all 50 US states and (for our military families) to APO addresses. But unfortunately we don't ship to Canada or to international addresses. Yet.
Do you ever take paid placements?
No. Companies can't pay for placement in one of our boxes, which is how we guarantee that the products we recommend are truly parent picks.
I think my package got lost in the mail. What do I do?
Email [email protected] or call 1.800.851.5167 and we'll figure out where your box is.
What is your return policy?
While we don't accept returns on our monthly boxes, if any of the products were damaged in shipping or defective, email [email protected] or call 1.800.851.5167. We'll be happy to replace those products ASAP. We do our best to pick fun, innovative and healthy products parents will love. We welcome your feedback and the opportunity to make Citrus Lane the best it can be.
Do you offer physical cards to go with your gift subscriptions?
Yes, you can download free printable gift cards.
This month's box is sold out! Can I still place an order?
Yes, it's best to place your order now - so you don't miss another box! When you place an order after the sold-out date, we'll reserve next months box for you. It will ship around the 15th of next month.
